Framing
Framing is an integral part of the artwork. Our selected frame is crafted from solid black-painted oak wood, with all components of archival grade. Each piece is protected by museum-grade glazing with UV filtering, ensuring both preservation and presentation. Prints are handled exclusively with cotton gloves throughout the process.

Shipping & Returns

Every order is produced to museum standards and prepared within 5 business days under the personal supervision of George Tatakis.

Standard shipping: Orders are shipped via registered postal service.

Express option: At checkout, you may choose DHL Express for faster delivery. In rare cases, DHL applies a remote-area surcharge. If this affects your address, we will contact you immediately with the option to proceed with DHL (adjusted cost) or switch to priority mail instead.

Artist availability: If George is on expedition—particularly during August—processing may take up to 20 calendar days. You will be notified in advance in such cases.

Quality Assurance
Each artwork is carefully produced to museum standards and personally overseen by George Tatakis before shipping.

Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Because each piece is produced to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping damage. This includes all framed, signed, limited edition, and open prints.

Care Instructions

We suggest you handle the black and white wall art prints with cotton gloves. If you intend to have them framed, please hand the prints inside their packaging to a professional framer before touching them. Ask for archival materials.

All the prints from our black and white collection are fade-safe, but it is always a good idea to avoid installing the prints/frames against direct sunlight.
