Each piece is created individually using professional production processes and high-quality materials.

Due to the nature of production and materials, slight variations in tone, texture, or appearance may occur.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in multiple currencies for customer convenience.

The base currency of the business is EUR (€). Transactions may be processed in EUR or in the selected local currency where supported.

Displayed prices in other currencies (including but not limited to USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF) are indicative and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

The final amount charged may differ slightly depending on your payment provider or bank conversion rates.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

George Tatakis reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

George Tatakis reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

6. Production & Delivery

All items are produced after the order is placed.

Estimated production time:

  • Up to 5 business days

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped via postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Any customs duties or import taxes outside the European Union

8. Returns & Replacements

All products are made-to-order. For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Replacements are provided only in cases of:

  • Incorrect items
