Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

Each order is personally processed by George Tatakis.
In case of absence due to a photographic expedition, production may be handled by a trusted and approved partner.


2. Production Timelines

Different product types require different production times:

  • Unframed works:
    Prepared within 5 business days
  • Framed works:
    Please allow up to 20 calendar days
  • Framed & signed works:
    Please allow up to 30 calendar days
  • Limited edition (numbered & signed) works:
    Please allow up to 40 calendar days

3. Limited Edition Works

For limited edition prints, your full name and country of residence may be registered in the photographic archives of the Benaki Museum for archival and security purposes.

4. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using postal services or courier providers.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.


5. DHL Remote Areas

Certain locations are classified as remote by DHL and may incur additional shipping costs.

If this applies to your order, you will be contacted to:

  • Select an alternative shipping method, or
  • Approve the adjusted shipping cost

6. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.


7. August Notice

During August, the production partner may be unavailable.

In cases where George Tatakis is also absent due to an expedition, order processing may take up to 30 calendar days.


8. Delays

While every effort is made to meet the stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand
  • Shipping carrier issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances
