ABOUT THE WORK

The helmet is fixed at the center, forming a closed and dominant structure. The body extends outward as a secondary field, while the circular glass holds the only internal depth within an otherwise flattened surface.

Color defines the hierarchy. The suit and background separate into opposing zones, while the central opening interrupts the uniformity. The image shifts from a figure in space to a constructed surface governed by contrast and containment.

The work is produced through a layered process: a photograph is printed, painted with acrylic, and reprinted, binding the original image with its alteration.
