Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Nature of Products

All products sold on shoptatakis.com are made-to-order and produced upon request.

For this reason, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We offer replacements only for items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If there is an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at:

Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue

3. Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost
  • In most cases, return of the item is not required
  • If a return is necessary, you will be informed before proceeding

4. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and provide a solution where appropriate.
