Refund policy

We have a 30-day replacement policy, only for faulty/damaged items. In these cases, your item will be replaced at no extra cost. Please note that the faulty/damaged item will have to be returned to us.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at admin@tatakis.com. If your return is accepted, you can ship your package to the address above. Items returned to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Replacements

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, we will send you the replacement immediately.
