We have a 30-day replacement policy, only for faulty/damaged items. In these cases, your item will be replaced at no extra cost. Please note that the faulty/damaged item will have to be returned to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, we will send to you the replacement immediately.
